I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Max Javon for his immediate  and courteous attention when we arrived at your dealership.  He was extremely interested in helping us find the perfect vehicles. We were not exactly sure what we wanted so he encouraged us to test drive a number of trucks (for my husband) and small SUV's (for me).

He had a lot of knowledge that helped us tremendously in making our final decision.  He is definitely a wonderful asset to Maple Ridge Chrysler.

 

We would also like to thank Steve Phillips very much for his huge part in making the negotiations work for us.  He is also a very nice man and I really believe that everyone involved that day had our best interest at heart.

 have recently dealt with your business while purchasing my new 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel.  My experience started off with sales at which point I met Paulo Monteiro.  As the process continued I dealt with Business manager Shane Colpitts, Parts department personnel, " Trevor" along with Stefani Yanko and several other individuals from the management side of the business and the service department including Greg Bodnarchuk.  I must say that each and every one of my experiences from start to finish was positive, comfortable, professional and most excellent.  I must hand it to your group of professionals which represent Maple Ridge Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge for their service excellence in making my experience a memorable one which I will not hesitate to pass onto friends and family.  Not to take away from any of the individuals that provided me with a top notch service I do have to give special thanks to Paulo for carrying me through the process for his commitment, friendship, understanding and flexibility.  On more than one occasion Paulo came in on his days off to help out even when I was unsure whether or not to complete the purchase.  Paulo saw the deal through and for that he should be noted for his commitment not only to his employer, but to his customer.  I can't thank each and every one of you enough for making my important decision in purchasing my new vehicle so comfortable an experience and I look forward to continuing dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in the future with continued service for my new vehicle and I am sure another purchase down the road.
